Hurt and Heal: Captains

Ok so this is a game type that I've seen on another forum, so I'll try it here.

'Hurt and Heal' games work like this:
There is a list of anything of your choice (characters usually).
Each one starts with the same amount of points (your choice).
Players increase one and decrease one of the options by a certain amount (also you choice, best 1 or 2).
Copy the last posted list and make you changes to it.
Note that you must show which ones you choose (just in brackets).
The aim is to see who is the last one standing and thus THE WINNER.

You can also add any other specific rules if you like. For example, players must wait until 2 posts have been made before posting again.

In this case, the topic is the 13 Captains. They'll all start with 10 and you must increase and decrease by 1 point each time. Also I will included the rule that you must wait until 2 posts have been made after yours before you post again.
